يتساءل الكثير حول معلومات عن حيوان الشيتا وما هو، ويطلق على حيوان الشيتا العديد من الأسماء الأخرى، مثل القط الوحشي أو الفهد، ولا يعلم الكثيرون أن حيوان الشيتا هو الفهد ويتميز الفهد بسرعته التي تفوق سرعة جميع الحيوانات الأخرى، حيث يعتبر من أسرع الحيوانات في البرية، والفهد من الحيوانات المفترسة، ويقع من ضمن فصيلة السنوريات مثل الأسود والنمور وغيرهم، وتعد من أسرع الحيوانات فى العالم حيث تصل سرعتها إلى 114 كيلو متر في الساعة كحد أقصى.
